While I suspect 32GB is much more memory than needed, if you are going to get that much buy a 2x16GB kit. A touch more expensive but it will leave two memory slots free for an upgrade. If there is no plan to add a second gpu, 750W is larger than needed. Something in the 600W - 650W range would be more appropriate. On the other hand, it is too small if a second gpu is contemplated. Especially if the cpu and gpu will be overclocked. Given available psu, something around 1000W would be better. 80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality. Size and personal preference do matter, but so does usage. Overclock expectations and noise preferences also come into play. 80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
