Good Black heatsink

Im looking to get a black heatsink for my build, i dont really want to spend that much (~$50 max) but i want something that has decent cooling and most importantly is black. I was thinking about spaypainting/polydiping the heatsink black on a hyper 212 evo. Also i was thinking about just getting a Corsair h60 and not have to paint anything. I just want to know if paining will be ok or if i should just try and find a black heatsink. thanks for any advice/things you can find.

dont spraypaint heatsinks

even with very light and thin high temperature paint (like NCIX did) they got huge performance decreases
