7790 is a pretty big step up your looking at 10-20fps better thanks to the bonaire gpu

I would say: none.

In my opinion the bare minimum is $/€100

But what about GTX 650 and R7770 GHz? They're pretty viable and don't cost so much.

If you play source games, the 610 does the job WELL. I have a 610 and it runs a lot of my Source games on High. Other than that, don't buy it :P
