max recommended is 1.35

if youre ok with reduced lifespan and your temps are below 80C then i say go ahead :)

Given that you are using a Corsair H100i, as @Enderman pointed out, ~1.35V ( ± 0.3V) is probably as far I would recommend.

That said, I'm just pushing a not-as-aggressive 4.6 GHz with my i5-4690K...

4.6 GHz across all cores with ~1.232V Core Voltage.

Cache frequency running at 4.4 GHz.

 

I believe speed-step and etc is off...for now...
