Budget Room audio system

I need a 2 channel speaker with separate small Amplifier have control of Bass&Treble and ~ 20-30watt output per speaker

the speaker must be solid boxy looking not some standing plastic bar easy to falloff

and around 50-70$ dollar

So you need 2 speakers with the following features:

20-30 watts of RMS handling power

"Box style" look

 

and a 2 channel amp with the following features:

Bass and Treble control

20-30 watts of RMS output power

 

And you want all of this for $50-$70 USD?

Only thing I can think of is a pair of Dayton B652's and a Lepai amp.
