by exposure do you mean telemetry? "microsoft spying on you" foilhatting? there is plenty online. also you just google and you find, no need to pin every "not-so-offical-nor-reliable" tutorials for everything. ultimate windows tweaker allows you to turn off alot of the "telemetry, omggg" things that windows doesn't allow you to do so easily
