Does the same go for the reset switch?

The power button and reset switch are just short circuits, so there's no directionality.

I'm connecting my panel connectors to the motherboard but I don't know which side is ground on my power switch. One side is marked by a arrow.

The power(and reset) switch can be plugged in either way, it doesn't have a specific polarity.

(Edit: This applies to computer switches. For other types of switches and applications you will want to follow the directions of the switch.)

The what now? Panel connector?  I'm curious what all this is now.

It really shouldn't matter. If it is a power LED, you may burn it out, or nothing will happen. If you swap the channels on a power switch like that, it should work fine either way.

Does the same go for the reset switch?
