I'm thinking of buying a computer and i have two options.

option 1:

Sapphire Radeon R9 390 Nitro backplate

Intel core i5 4690k 3,5GHz

Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3

Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR3 1600 MHz 16 GB (2 x 8GB)

Cooler Master B700 V2 700W

Samsung 850 EVO series 250 GB SSD

WD Blue WD10EZEX 64 MB 1 TB

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

option 2:

Sapphire Radeon R9 390 Nitro backplate

Intel core i5 6600k 3,5 GHz

Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3

Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2400 MHz 16 GB (2 x 8GB)

Cooler Master B700 V2 700W

Samsung 850 EVO series 250 GB SSD

WD Blue WD10EZEX 64 MB 1 TB

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Wich one do you think i should buy? Option 2 is 40 dollars more expensive.

I'm also not shure wich r9 390 i should buy, the MSI or the sapphire.

And is there anything i should change about the computers?

i would go with option 2, unless u already have ddr3, i would go for ddr4, can use it in future builds

and u wont need 700W, 500~600W is plenty unless u wanna go dual gpu

i recommend this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1

other than that, solid build, both of them

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

The best aftermarket brand for AMD is generally sapphire, but the MSI R9 390 G8 is decent too. Just pick the one you feel like fits your colour scheme best. And get the build with Skylake, since its only 40 dollars pricer for a newer and faster platform.

And try to find a better power supply like a EVGA G2 or a Seasonic S12-|| or even a XFX TS.

i personally like the MSI version of the r9 390 but id say get any r9 390 that is cheap. id say go with the skylake system for future proofing and DDR4 support plus its rumored that the kraby lake and cannon lake will still use the LGA 1151 socket

If you already know that everything's compatible, then those are both pretty solid builds. I would probably go with the second if I were you. Considering it's only $40 more for a better processor with DDR4 support (meaning the build will be more future-proof) and the gaming model motherboard, that's a good deal, especially if you're going to be doing really processor-heavy gaming. The graphics cards will be pretty much the same except for looks, so pick the one you like more aesthetically. I would consider a power supply by Corsair or EVGA over the Coolermaster, but it should serve you fine.
