Budget gaming build... Suggestions?

So my friend wants a pc to play CSGo and some rocket league (nothing too intense) and I want to build him a budget oriented PC. This is what I've got so far:

I wouldn't buy that Gigabyte B85 board. The original revision of it was outstanding, but later revisions seem to have cheaped out on components causing it to throttle with locked cpus. I remember seeing Bryan at TechYesCity talking about this a few months ago because one of his videos he recommended the original Gigabyte B85M-DS3H for overclocking the G3258.

Just pirate windows over a grey market key if you're trying to save money

Otherwise skylake is finally worth it.
