Windows 10 mobile on Android devices?

perhaps i'm missing something, but as with hackintoshing PCs to run OSX, shouldn't you be able to do this with android phones to run windows 10 mobile? they both run ARM based Snapdragon processors for the most part, they both use flash storage, Many phones use similar RAM standards. I'm no coding geek, so is it possible? and if so, how much work would it be to get it running?

Android phones run on a Linux engine as far as i know and Windows phones don't.

I'm not sure whether that could be a problem or not, but if i recall correctly, there are phones out there capable of running both Windows 10 and Android. I don't think it's possible for all Android phones though.
