What is this mount for?

Go to solution Solved by steezemageeze,

It seems to be a hard drive mount. My laptop's HDD lines up perfectly with the holes. Damn, Rosewill is terrible with documenting shit. They said the front of the case could fit a 140mm fan, and it can, but only if you're cool with it only being held on by two screws on one side. Also, they failed mention both this storage mounting spot, and the one below the optical drive where I have my HDD because the sideways plate thing got in the way of my Hyper T4. I might send them an email and ask them if I can re-write the manual for them :P

So there are these mounting holes in the bottom of my Rosewill SRM-01, and I've go no idea what they're for. My first thought was pump mount, but this is a $30 case and I highly doubt they'd include something like that. My second guess was drive mount, but I don't have a drive to test that with, plus it's in a terrible spot for that. Anybody know?

it could help air circulate inside the case? lol

Could be an SSD/laptop drive mount.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ Fan mount??????????????????????? Like I know there's no airflow but...

Thought about that, I just tried to see if my 80mm fan would fit there and it didn't. I'm going to pull the drive outta my laptop and see if that fits
