When did you start?

Started on 2000 when my dad gift me a pc i played re-volt on it 24/7 for like a year on my free time after that i played n64 until the contrllores broke i spend like 2 years watching tv as enterteiment since the pc i had was to slow to play anything, later i got a new pc since that old piece of shit finally die only to play NFS MW on 15 fps for 2 straight years ^_^ then i got a 360 a few RRoD later and finally saving enough money i buy my current pc which i need to upgrade for bf4 soon

I... couldnt' say.. I just remember a bunch of milestones of my PC playing:

My first monitor was amber and black. And I used to play a Galaga looking game on it.

Then I upgraded to a full color monitor... still played the same Galaga looking game but with colors!

 

Then I remember playing Prince of Persia (the original of course) in my dad's office PC. And Carmen SanDiego on my mom's office PC. So safely I'd say it was around the year 1989. I was 4 years old :) and also had an NES at home.

9 months ago when I built my first PC. didnt play games for 3 years because my xbox RROD.

I've never been a console gamer. I have played with PS1 and PS2 but only because my younger brother was a console gamer. I started using pc's back in 1994. It was old 386 Olivetti. I didn't play games that much. I was more fascinated the insides of a computer so I quite frequently took them apart. I started playing games somewhere between 1998-1999.

The earliest games on PC I can remember playing when they were recent are... Where in the world is Carmen San Diego, Diablo, Doom, Wolfenstein and wow I feel old.
