Depends on the load. Gaming vs non-gaming is subjective. Playing a game can push the GPU to 100% just like video rendering can, so you'll have to talk about load percentages specifically.

If you have Windows turn off the display output, the GPU will essentially go into an Off mode to save power.

so my system draws 150 watts total iel, and ramps to liek 800, 900 watts
