Replacing medium-highend aircooler w/ a watercooled aio?

I have a BLUE  Phanteks PH-TC14PE, its served me well, infact very well over about a year (4.6ghz oc 4690k), but it comes with some minor issues.

1. Its big, really, really big(Limits ram compatiblilty etc).

2. Its blue, in a red and black build.

 

I also just want a water cooler just because its a water cooler.

So suggestions? Will I have to throw alot of money to get more oc'ing capability?

I dont really want to go over 150-250$ but anyway.

your hX750i is also blue ... maybe you should change your motherboard

an aio will definitely help with the looks of the build (im not saying its ugly as it is) or if you just don't like it because it's blue you can spray it red for cheap bucks. and yeah watercooling will definitely get you better oc temps and headroom
