The hyper 212 is overrated. And the Powercolor cooler is great. It's Asus and Gigabrick that suck.

It is good, don't really see a big problem with it.

Only thing I would do is to buy the bx200 ssd and maybe get a dark rock (non pro) 3 cooler, it is a lot better and looks sexy af. but that's just me

edit: did you consider skylake and ddr4?

Longboarders/ skaters message me!

That's not to say the 212 is a bad cooler. Its just a thing I would do, to get a dark rock 3. And ye, if price is a problem then don't worry, the performance difference isn't THAT big to worry about. The 4790k is a great cpu and will last a long time

Powercolor is perfectly fine. Also, the list I suggested is cheaper than the one you started with... so yeah.

What do you mean by cm?

Also, the GPU won't bottleneck it much at all.

There's no such this as a Cooler Master H60. It's Corsair :P and even then 120mm AiOs are worthless as some of the larger heatsinks (like the dark rock pro 3 and the NH-D15) outperform them.
