Smcould anybody suggest a nice looking jacket , black, something like the y&r or hug or whatever jackets. Forever 21 should be fine as well.

 

As long as it keeps me warm, is black, zippered, and  is </~ $50USD 

Also, something windbreakery cloth material.

Myhabit has a black Timberland fishing/river hoodie for 45$. Myhabit is run by amazon, and you need to register with your amazon account. Other than that it's a pretty cool place to find discounted clothing
