I'm thinking of getting these headphones for $92 on amazon. I was wondering if they were a good choice. I tried then in store and they felt really comfortable but I didn't get to hear how well they sounded.

Any other recommendations for similar type headphones are also appreciated.

I don't recommend Skullcandy headphones. What are you going to be using the headphones for?

I can recommend these http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR7506-Professional-Diaphragm-Headphone/dp/B000AJIF4E/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1378657003&sr=8-4&keywords=sony+headphones

A budget would also help.

I'm mostly going to be using them when I'm out, so I'd like them to be portable and not ugly.

My budget is pretty flexible but it'd probably cap it at ~$250.

Those aren't ugly to you?

Read some reviews, but this could be an option.

"Not ugly" is a very subjective term, so it's going to be hard. But for that amount of money you can get a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50, Beyerdynamic DT770 or B&W P3. But just look around at the quality brands, becuase there are much better options for that budget

SkullCandy are, in my experience, really quite bad.

They tend to have extremely cheap components, poor build quality and unacceptable sound quality for the pricepoint they're sold at. They were Beats before Beats existed...

You'd be better looking at the likes of Sennheiser, in my opinion. Comfortable, reliable and they usually sound great. :)

These look pretty good but the design looks a bit too out there. I'll be keeping my eye on these however for the price to drop.

sennheiser momentum anyone?

These are around $350

Found them on Amazon.com for $250... I'll check 'em out :D
