[new build] 800-1000£ help

Hey guys I need help on what parts I need for a pc, the main priority for it is to be a gaming but if possible then streaming and gaming around the price range of 800£ to 1000£. To be able to stream doesn't matter that much, as long as I can play games on ultra.

Do you need a whole pc? Keyboard, mouse, monitor, windows, case etc?

could go with a 6500 instead of the 6600k and a cheaper (slightly) mobo to get a better monitor.

being in the Uk, keep in mind that given shipping cost it might be beneficial to get everything from one retailer to combine shipping since that could add a lot on you build, (mine was 50-60 quid extra from the pcpartpicker quote).
