ANIME NEEDED

Need anime with good artstyle(like sao/naruto shippuden etc) and i want the main character to be really weak,i mean waaaay weaker than others but he uses his brains to fight back and every1 is like wow!!.. english sub or dub is fine.

i really dont want those old anime where everything looks like its in 240p and every1 looks weird with huge eyes n shit,something more recent is okay

tatsumi isnt weak nor does he use his brain when he fights against op enemies

yuki is just a pussy who has yuno do everything for him and he dosent even fight...

Well I did say "remotely fits". lol

 

Besides, from what I remember Tatsumi isn't as strong as the rest in the group and whilst Yuki is indeed a pussy (really weak like you wanted) he did use his brain to get out of situations as it involved having to read his Diary alongside another to avoid the future or even change it. He is no Shikamaru from Naruto, of course, but did use his head.

I'm not an anime guy but recently I've watched Tokyo Ghoul and I really liked it, at first the main character is extremely weak.

 

There are only 2 seasons (at least as of now) so you can watch it pretty fast.

If you want anime where the MC is weak but uses brains to overcome that, then Log Horizon is probably a good choice for you. Similar concept as SAO, where they're trapped in a game world, but it's not so focused on combat. 

If you want an anime where the MC is initially weak, but becomes powerful over time, then Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu is one to try. Deadman wonderland is a similar sort of story, though he's still pretty weak at the end.

 Manga is worth reading over the anime IMO.

Main character is character is weak, eventually teams up with other people and becomes the "leader guy" that comes up with the strategies.

As someone who didn't read the comic I can say it was good, that happens with every single thing, look at movies, people read the book and then get disappointed when it comes out even though the movie on itself wasn't that bad.

 

Also each volume of the manga costs €5 here so to buy all of the it's gonna take quite a bit (I think there are more than 8 of them but I'm not sure), I could get a digital copy but I don't like to read stuff on a tablet it's hard on the eyes.
