Going big - What to Choose?

So boys i finally can afford a good upgrade and since i dont believe i will be able to do this again soon, i wanna pick something that lasts.

I did the math and according to current prices i can afford:

i7 4790k + Asus Z97 Deluxe

or

i5 660k + Z170 Deluxe (will need some ram and a cooler so the price is the same here).

What should i go for?

p.s i only need mobo+cpu maybe some coolers too, i got everything else.

Yey but since i5 has the same socket as i7 6700k, i could just go for that if i ever wanna to squeeze the system and maybe throw some more DDr4 in it.
