Yes that should be sufficient for your build and peripherals and the TV but my be a little close. Your system shouldn't draw from than 800W at max load.

The purpose of a UPS is to let you save your files and properly turn off your computer in the event of a black out. It's not there to let you to continue to use your computer. Depending on the number of computers you have, more computers means each one will have minimum amount of time until the battery in the ups runs out.

e.g. 1 computer, you have 30 minutes to save your files and properly shutdown until ups battery drains out.

10 computers, then each computer will only have 5 minutes.

According to their site, it says 50% load (450w) for 10 minutes.

Want to continue to use your stuffs in the event of a black out, then you'll need a power generator not a UPS.

You're absolutely right. I'm planning to use the UPS as intended - to gracefully save/ shutdown at a moments notice. Can't risk losing my pr0n library to an outage.

Came across a Japanese pron game show once, where 3 men half naked at the bottom have to run around a track and then f*ck a girl on bed (which is a obstacles on the track, each have their own) before they can run the to the finish line. The slowest runner came first and won.
