The bigger one is quieter, has a bigger radiator and it's worth the price difference.

But I would get a Kraken X61 if I had to purchase a 280mm radiator anyway.

Why do you prefer the Kraken X61?

The H110i GTX cools better and is quieter.  As @Paralectic said, I'd go for the Kraken x61 if you're looking for a 280mm AIO.

Both of those cases support 280mm rads in the front and top.

The Define R4 said it supports 280mm rads on the top as well, however, it didn't for me.

The Define R5 said it supports 280mm rads on the top as well, however, it didn't work for a friend.
