Alphacool St30 low rpm Fan Speed?

I can get two Alphacool 240 ST30 to fit perfectly in my case(In Push), I was wondering if I could run them at low RPM speed? Or is it better to run them in Push/pull? Or is it better idea to get bigger Radiator. I can maybe fit one UT60 inside my case.

- I currently have a few Extra EK Vardar f4-120er fans. I can use those for Radiators without spending even more money, unless some other fans would be better suit like eloops. I do plan to run them at lower RPM below 900 RPM or below if possible.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon

All the Alphacool rads tend to have fairly low FPI meant for silence so you shouldn't have any issues running it below 900RPM. The ST30 one have ~15FPI and aren't overly thick so it wouldn't be a problem, I personally have all Alphacool rad (XT45 and UT60) and run them never higher than 700RPM while on load.

This exactly. I have a 420 ST30 and a 280 XT45 running at 700 RPM.

Thanks for the input, One last question. What kind of temps should I expect? I have a i7 5969x at stock currently.

CPU only? uhh probably like mid to high 50s under load overclocked.

I have a two gpu cpu loop and I don't ramp up my fans much at all so my cpu gets pretty toasty while gaming (up to 70C, which is worse than just cpu stress testing).

Are you just planning a CPU loop or one with single CPU and GPU and it would also depend on the hardware. For dual 240mm rads you should be able to do a fair bit of overclocking with CPU and GPU while keeping things relatively cool.

CPU Only for now, Until I get enough money to buy a GPU block. Not sure whats out their for MSI 980Ti 6G edition. Allot of the blocks are for reference only.

--------

I know with one AIO I have I can get close to 30C at idle. Would I be able to get close to that or better with Watercooling?

Check cooling configurator from EKWB for your specific card:
https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/
https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/step1_complist?gpu_gpus=1682
https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/step1_complist?gpu_gpus=1841

To AIO's you should be able to get better load performance since your essentially having four 120mm rad spaces for a single CPU and GPU.
