4790K Reaching 83c While Rendering Video!

So the other day I decided to render a video with Sony Vegas on my newly built Gaming PC. While rendering my CPU temps got to 83c (it was on load for 40min) with the stock cooler. Btw I did use my own thermal paste while installing the cooler since I had to replace the pre applied  thermal paste since I kinda messed it up so what should I do? Re apply the paste, get a better cooler or what?

PC Specs:

Asrock z97 Extreme6 Motherboard

Intel i7 4790k

8 gb G.skill ripjaws

MSI GTX 980

btw 83C wont damage your CPU, its still safe, just not very cool

Well I had my stock cooler on my 4690. Temps were reaching 90C. Also the Thermal Paste was gone nothing was left. Now, the only good one that is good right now. It's the Cool master Hyper 212 Evo

I'm probably going to get one next week. Which coolers do you recommend? ps. I want to overclock

Honestly Idk if it was just all in my head but I'm not sure where exactly the noise was coming from.

It's pretty much the same as most other cpu air coolers regarding instillation mate.

Generally speaking, yes it should be perfectly doable. Unless you have your PC sat next to a working boiler.

depends on your budget
the 212 evo is the best cheap cooler, the NH-D15 is one of the best air coolers, and the H110iGTX/kraken X61 are the best AIO water coolers
