Ok, just ask him why he wants one because an optical drive is rarely used anymore and it could save money in the budget. If he doesn't know a lot about computers he may think it's still necessary for games so it's best just to ask him

I can't get that exact build here in Finland, I would have to change the CPU to a i3-4160, MOBO to either an asus h81m-k or msi h81m-p33 and PSU to the original one. Would that still be good?

How important is the vram amount on the r9 380 because the 2gb version is 20 € cheaper.

Try get 4GB if you can, 4GB is becoming the standard for 1080p gaming.

Well uh this would be better because you have more upgrades WAYY more upgrades...

And you can NON K OC if you want to do that :D and upgrade to I5/I7 Skylake.

Sell Assasin's Creed Syndicate or wait until you have enough for a 1080P monitor.
