PC is dead

So i just build a pc for myself

 

When i booted it up all the fans spin for 10 seconds and lights go on, then suddenly it turns off and does it all again

 

My motherboard is an Gigabyte HD3P B150 chipset

CPU is an intel core 6600K and PSU is a seasonic M12 II bronze modulair

Try putting the RAM in the other sockets, try with just on DIMM. Likely RAM.

Check all of your wires/cables and pull out all of your RAM but one stick and try swapping out all of the sticks in different slots, for me it's always a bad stick of RAM.

change ram sticks around, check is CPU if installed correctly, use 1 ram stick, try all kind of combinations and try to troubleshoot if something makes a difference.

Did you plug in the cpu power?

A mobo needs both a 24 pin atx, and a 4 or 8 pin cpu power connector

put them all in ad secured them, didn't work

Then  PSU or CPU might be dead. Does the board have a speaker? If so, is it beeping?

Then  PSU or CPU might be dead. Does the board have a speaker? If so, is it beeping?

it doesn't, but the cpu fan works fine...

The CPU fan turning doesn't mean anything.

It's very rare to get a dead CPU, most of the time it'll be the motherboard.
