So i just build a pc for myself

 

When i booted it up all the fans spin for 10 seconds and lights go on, then suddenly it turns off and does it all again

 

My motherboard is an Gigabyte HD3P B150 chipset

CPU is an intel core 6600K and PSU is a seasonic M12 II bronze modulair

I would say its the PSU

Try putting the RAM in the other sockets, try with just on DIMM. Likely RAM.

Then  PSU or CPU might be dead. Does the board have a speaker? If so, is it beeping?

The CPU fan turning doesn't mean anything.

 

i did, didn't help

If the PSU works fine then it's something else.

 

 

Try pulling everything apart and reseat everything (CPU, RAM, PSU connections, etc...)
