So, with my 100thnpost coming up, I need some advice. I have designed this build for weeks and need a way to make it cheaper. Removing the fans doesn't count. Any suggestions are good. Thanks! My budget is $750ish with OS and monitor.

Run without gpu until you can afford it!

I am definitely going to be able to afford it:

$400 savings

$250 expected money from friends as gifts

$150 agreed to be paid by my parents.

I do want to leave leeway if some money doesn't come or if prices rise.

Yep just leave the fans. It can run crisis 3 at a gazillion fps at 80k.

I am going for new except for the monitor. It was that 1080p one that was removed from the classifieds.

yeah but still 290 performs a lot better than a 380 and used it should cost less

To be honest that case doesn't look too shabby.  You will get away with it.
