I need Some Help.I am buying a new assamble PC But I Dont Know The parts to select.Help me get some.

I Have a Range of 1000$(USD).

Go for an i5-6400.

16GB of DDR4.

A compatible motherboard.

120GB/240GB SSD for boot and 1TB hard drive for everything else.

Decent case.

Optical drive 'cause why not.

Decent graphics card (Like a 960 or an older gen card like a 750Ti or something like that.

 

Go for something along those lines that won't get outdated quickly.

So what about 980ti..

The guy has a budget of $1000US.

 

To get a 980Ti would consume all of the budget plus a bit extra.

 

Plus, the 980Ti's performance is way too powerful for the end user unless they are rendering high quality video or playing games across like 6 monitors.
