Oh ok, so they are legit card, not fake

I cant guarantee as ive never purchased from that seller, but you can always file a claim if not. Usually they are legit though, just dated hardware

The first 2 are not standard ethernet, they are SFP/SFP+. That last one is RJ45 ethernet.

Things like this are normally legit. They just tend to be last-gen hardware or something. Often times big server farms will upgrade a huge chunk of their equipment at once and then dump all the old stuff on ebay for pennies on the dollar to recoup some of the cost.

Hardware raid cards are the same way, bought new they are crazy expensive like $500+ for a low end one. But you can pick up used ones from a server for way less.

As the always skeptic, the first one you linked is a module from something like a hp switch the bracket is differnt. Im not super familiar with these or 10gbps but they all look like they take the sfp modules but it is hard to tell.

We can't verify that beyond a shadow of a doubt, but the first and second ones appear to be legitimate.

they are the two best for me, thx

They are made for specific servers, I'm not sure how well/if you can get them working with any PC. They might not have drivers. Idk though, never tried it.

Can I ask how the rest of the network will be set up?

Ya sure, well I am curently on a bad mood... Canadian to Us dollar exchange is awfull so I dont know when I will complete those build... but, I want to build a seconder editing rig hackintosh based, no hard drive, just ssd. and I have my actual rig, you can see it on my profile. the network will be a big home cloud with both of the setup linked via 10GB based connection (why I nead 2 card with one port and one with 2). the server is a bit blurry for now, I dont know if I want to use software or harware raid. but in any case, its gonna be a 16tb in raid 10, so 8tb. I will use a 6 core low power xeon and 32gb ddr4.

driver side... this is gonna be hard if I want to use one 10gb card on the hackintosh. on windows its gonna be less complicated...

My coworker want a mac, and if it doesent work I will try to turn him into LInux.

any other questions??

sorry for my english... I am french canadian

Your english is fine :)

But you're planning a direct link between 2 computers with no switch? Because there are some really good Arista 10Gb switches you can pick up on ebay for very little, and given you will put the effort to do 10Gb you might as well have it properly on your network.

an other solution would be to use thunderbolt and linux kernel... but I am not sure
