As for fonts I would recommend Google fonts: https://www.google.com/fonts

You just put a link to the fonts in your head of your HTML (explained what kind of link in all font pages) and you can use it via HTML and CSS

I will definitely look into those further, I used them before I guess I have to look into them a bit more.
