Tiny problem with GPU

Everything other than MSI afterburner and GPU-z (Piriform Speccy and 3d mark) say my GPU is running at 800Mhz, even when OCed to 1350Mhz (Stable). Also, the 3D mark score is around 3000 points lower than it really should be, based on people with similar hardware... Someone help!

Check temps.

 

it sounds like its thermal throttling... 

Temps are less than 70* at all times, I have an aggressive fan profile.

check power delivery, that was the problem with my 750TI

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

check power delivery, that was the problem with my 750TI

The 6 pin is plugged in, and the light to indicate it has sufficient power is on (It's red without sufficient power, green with)

look in afterburner whilst playing games, if it dips when under high load for a while and such

Look for dips in which graph? Core clock?

If it is not the temps, it is either the GPU not realizing it needs to go out of low power mode(drivers) or it is power delivery on the GPU its self not being able Get enough power from 6 pin power connector to the actual GPU chip.

The performance is fine, except the points in benchmarks. I did have an issue a while back that was solved by a reboot.

You can use GPU-Z to monitor. It will save core clocks, memory clocks, and temperatures to a file so you don't have to alt-tab during gaming. I find it easier to read too.

You can use GPU-Z to monitor. It will save core clocks, memory clocks, and temperatures to a file so you don't have to alt-tab during gaming. I find it easier to read too.
