Tier of this PSU?

UberHaxorNova

That PSU looks sketchy as hell...

Of course it looks sketchy, it's an OEM unit for prebuilts like DELL or HP!

EDIT: That means you shouldn't be using it with any parts you particularly care about OP.

FSP is the fourth largest OEM of PSUs. That model just happens to be meant for basic desktops. Probably less than Tier 3.

I was reading it's review however I may have misjudged the PSU. It's rated at 80+, which is way better than most OEM PSU's for your $300-$700 best buy PC

Using AMPS*VOLTS, and images of its label, the psu's dual 12v rails aren't even capable of pushing 400, only rated for 348.

Thing has more amps coming out of the 5v and 3.3v, both 30 vs the 29 or the 12v.

The +12v rails are rated for 32A combined which is 384w, which is a proper +12v rating for a group-regulated design like HCN (it actually rated higher than your typical group-regulated PSU). Units like the Seasonic S/M12II-B 380-620 has similar +12v rating, where it is lower than the rated wattage.

The ones that has the entirety of rated wattage on the +12v (or near it) are indy regulated PSU like the Antec VP550P (550/12= 45A rounded down) or FSP Aurum Pro 850w (850/12=70A rounded down.
