Which build? - Intel "LigroNamix" vs AMD "BrasenBroad"

Kyloth
Go to solution Solved by Kyloth,

There is no better AMD CPU.

You can go Intel CPU and go dual 390's. Your best bet would be Xeon E3-1231v3, a B85/H97 board that supports crossfire and getting two of those.

There's no better AMD CPU than the 8350 because all of the higher versions are essentially overclocked 8350's that have issues.

Aha, I see. Thank you guys very much! Definitely helped in the picking of my build!

Hey there guys!

I am back and needing some input!

I currently have two builds that somehow are near the same price, and I need help choosing between the two.

If you have any concerns with the build, please tell me!

I am not a professional, so I do not know if these are good builds.

BTW: I had about a $1600 Budget

So- The intel build does have a 980 Ti while the AMD has a Crossfire - r9 390s. Very hard choice for myself! The intel build is color-coded white and black, while the AMD is red and black. So, if you do end up referring me to some parts, if they could be color-coded, that would be amazing!

Intel one, as it was said 8350 is not enough for dual 390's. For a single one it's okay but not for two (I own 8350.)

Intel because the 8350 would bottleneck xfire 390s.

So, if I do end up going with the Crossfire 390s, I would need a better AMD CPU? Does anyone have some suggestions?
