PSU

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

ok then thanks. Any recommendations?

I already linked one earlier.

My PSU just died so it would be nice if you could help me to find a new one.

I already used the PSU calculator so I want a 850 Watt PSU.

So Is there a better PSU in this Price Range than this 850 Watt Corsair CX Series Modular 80+ Bronze?

I´m open for suggestions.

Unless you're doing SLI/CrossfireX, you don't need 850w. Tell us your actual specs.

Also, since using 850w would require really good hardware, I don't recommend a CX 850.

A good 550w would be more than enough: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssr550rm

Super Flower doesn't sell to North America IIRC.

well i also want to have some room for further upgrading and i used a psu calculator and i got recommended psu of 750watt,

What upgrades did you have in mind?

Psu calculators tend to be unreliable. Stick to power draw benchmarks instead.

currently I've got 2 SSDs (got them from my father no clue how there called) and one HDD i planned on buying new ones and upgrading my (old) HDD.

Also when a new GPU comes out i could be upgrading anyway 750 to 850 Watt would probably be good.

550w has been plenty for any system with a single gpu and it still is. Unless the future holds ludicrously more power hungry graphics cards, a 550w should serve you well into the future.

Drives don´t use that much power. 550 watt should be more than enough for single card systems.
