Would it work with a PlayStation 4??

Depends on if PS4 uses FAT32, and the size of sectors it uses. 

 

"The boot sector uses a 32-bit field for the sector count, limiting the FAT32 volume size to 2 TB for a sector size of 512 bytes and 16 TB for a sector size of 4,096 bytes."

What about the Fixstars 2.5" 13tb SSD?

@ $1=1GB. Still a lot of money, but the higher capacity they go to the sooner the price for 500GB, 1TB SSDs will come down even further :)

I paid £285 each for two 1tb sammy ssds, and several years before that £500 for a 512 GB.
