After being leaked, HDMI 2.0 has been announced. Looks pretty cool with 18Gbps allowing for 60fps at 4K and 32 channel audio. All this using existing CAT 2 cables. Unfortunately this means the same annoying connector, but at least we won't have to buy new cables and adapters.

Looks like this could replace DVI on the desktop as it can get those exceptional fram rates at high res.

Display port is so much better than HDMI.

because its broken most of the times, not a good search engine, usualy just ctrl+f the last few pages, that usuealy works better... :P

why not use normal search ?
