So, is there any experienced warframe players over here that can provide me with some guides on how to craft/play etc?

 

I downloaded 3 days ago but the inexperience destroys my desire to play :(

 

I've started playing myself too, it seems like a simple learning curve to me?

Yes, its grind heavy. Hell, calling it grind heavy is an understatement. You even have to grind for THE REST OF THE LORE (the Second Dream doesn't count).

26 runs and still haven't got the Nyx system... Last part to make the frame. Zzzz.

With that said, most weapons aren't hard to farm for, ones you got some extractors it's easier to get materials.

Farm lots of medium level drop rate stuff, sell it for dirt cheap, use gained plat to buy missing parts. That's my strategy anyways.

Doesn't matter, it boils down to user's playstyle.

Personally I started with Loki, God I hate him so much.

Wish I choice volt.

Chose Volt, cause my future job is based around low voltages a lot xD.

Well in the end no, it doesn't matter, but at the start I'd recommend Excalibur. Excalibur got a MASSIVE rework and now, with the right mods, he's one of the best attack frames in the game. Mag is cool and all but the problem with the Mag frame is that it's only really useful against shielded enemies like Corpus.

I have yet to grasp the whole, buying and selling aside from the market. How does it work? Do I have to spam chat or stand around a relay for someone to shown up?

Or can it just dump it in a kiosk or whatever with a set price?

Loki is OP lol. He's off the choice list now, now you can choose between Excal, Volt, and Mag. Sure, he's not a good starter frame but he scales into end game content very well. I mean who wouldn't want a radial disarm Loki in their squad?

Basically you have to go to trade chat, and pay attention to people want to buy and want to trade for. Then you get that item, and whisper to them your offer. They accept, either you or they invite you to clan dojo, and you trade. It's a free market economy, not set prices or anything like that. BTW no spamming in the trade chat- you can only advertise every 120 seconds.

Mostly because he has no real damage abilities TBH. Unless you mod him right then he's kind of useless. He need a rework on a lot of his abilities.
