Get him a 6700K and he's set. The iGPU is plenty for CS:GO.

Hay guys I used all the combos from the last post and created this build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Qg6m6h Does it look Good The MAIN purpose is music. They want to edit music at a very heavy rate and have the best possible sound quality for a 700$ build. He is a professional music editor that makes remixes and songs. The secondary purpose is csgo, but that is very easy to run.

What I suggested above would be better. If your friend is just playing csgo, a 960 is overkill.

ya, but the main purpose is music editing and creation not csgo. and also is the xeion relible for high preformence

A 960 is no better for music editing than any other graphics card.

The xeon is easily better than the 8320 and is likely more reliable being rated for 24/7 usage.

so you think that its fine to run csgo at 60+ fps with an intergrated. and do music editing just souly on the cpu

The iGPU wouldn't be appropriate for playing csgo. Go with a dedicated graphics card.

The price seems malleable considering that the OP is posting build links that break $700.

--but considering $700, maybe this would be more appropriate: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3rdgkL
