Why is the Hyper 212 evo so good?

Do you live in the UK?

Because I really want to pick it up for under £30 (evo 212ish price)

 

 

Wait until they come back in stock. They were sold out for a while in the US too

I wouldn't say it's small. There are a host of cases that have just over 150mm of clearance for the cpu cooler and not enough for the 212 Evo. 

quality is an important factor...

I'd say the quality of the 212 Evo is alright. What do you find wrong with it?

212 Evo should not be considered

Why? It's a well designed cooler at a competitive price.

the quality of the evo is fine, others are what I don't know about

smaller than my cooler, I had to modify my case to make it wider to fit my heatsink. As far as they go it's on the smaller side but definitely not the smallest
