Decent temps for a stock 4790K and an NH-U12S?

So playing some 64 player BF4 on a large open map, and some heavily modded Skyrim (200+ mods), my temps don't go above 64C. Is this decent?

 

There is one game that makes it spike. Dragon's Dogma, just came out today. See it hit 71C frequently.

A bit high but considering it's a Haswell i7, seems fine to me.

Both. Likely the heat from the GPU is causing it to be bit higher than expected.

My GPU doesn't break 54C, or so MSI AB says. The Fury is really cool, or MSI AB is lying.
