How Much does Room temperature Matter?

Heat transfer is depend on temperature difference. So you will see 10C difference.

 

Generally speaking, the cooler the chip is the more stable it is.

 

My overclocked cpu always crashes when temperature reaches 80C, after I change my cooler to D15, it stays below 60C under load and never crash again.
