MAXIMUS VIII RANGER any good?

So I was planing to use asus z170a and atm there seem to be none at some retailers so while looking around some other options I found this ranger board which is like 50$ more but what I was wondering is worth difference in quality because z170a had mixed quality reviews.

Or should I just go for z170 pro gaming or asus z170 pro

As for why I like asus brand it s just because I like their bios

I wouldnt recommend the Z170-A from Asus, except you really LOVE that black/white design.

Similar Price: Z170 Pro Gaming. That has 2 more CPU Phases, 2 more USB3 slots at the Back, and: a way better Audio Chip.

Ranger: I have this here, and its great.

What it can do better than the Pro Gaming:

- Voltage Converter are slightly better AND better Cooled (doesnt matter, except you are an enthusastic Overclocker, and want the last %)

- SLIGHTLY stronger Headphone Amp ( Sound still worse, than with an actual Soundcard)

- Diagnostic LED (can be very handy, if you play around much)

- USB Bios Flashback

- Cmos reset

- dedicated Power/Reset/Reset Bios buttons directly on the Board itself

(- Maybe the one of other additional Tool. For example, a Tool to setup a Ramdisc in rog-style. But well.. that shouldnt be a gamechanger)

My personal Advice: Take the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming. It has everything you could need.

Take the Ranger, if you are more enthusastic about Overclocking/playing around~
