i wanted to get a laptop,i live in india,india has shit laptops that are over priced like 1200$ for gtx 850 which is fucked up,i try to order a laptop from xoticpc.com,i see the purchase order option,thinking it was cash of delivery i select purchase order option,it says orderplaced and gives me a number then i get this email,i didnt enter any credit card info,i got a number,now what do i do? and how does this work,i have the cash for the laptop at hand. HAAAALP!!

please don't increase your font size over 14.

 

also you should probably build a desktop..

Font sizes over 14pt are allowed, just not in signatures.

It depends on the store and where you live.

Here in Italy a lot of stores offer that possibility but you have to pay an extra (which is usually €3 or €4 so nothing substantial).

Basically you pay once you get the package and give the money to the guy who brings it.

This system seems flawed as hell.

Anyone could know your address and order something expensive to you, if they didn't need a credit card. Chances are, you have shopped there before and they already have your credit card info.

 

If it arrives at your doorstep, and they haven't charged you, don't accept it. If you accept it, you are forced to pay it. If you do not accept it, they can not prove that you have received it, and therefore can't charge you.
