I need a capable, cheap laptop, ideas?

So I am looking for a laptop to carry around everywhere as to be always prepared.

I need this to run most if not all modern games at least medium-high settings.

This laptop is intended for light things from schoolwork to heavy things like gaming on the go

Should be reasonably light.

The screen should not go under 11 inches.

Price range: $450-850 USD

Preferred battery life: 3.5 hours+

Cheap, gaming, laptop.

Pick 2

Exactly this.

Lenovo y50 is the best price:performance gaming laptop. A gtx 960m will play most games on med-high settings (do NOT get the UHD version, just 1080p)

But even with the y50, it's likely going to start off from $900 which is over what you mentioned.

These are pretty well priced but you may be able to get something similar for cheaper (I'm just not that familiar with American websites for buying laptops)
