Good price for a 4930k?

I'm looking to buy a used cpu. Whats a reasonable price for a 4930k? I was thinking like 200 bucks but I haven't found anything yet.

If you're willing to step a few more generations back you can get amazing deals.

 

I suppose the issue is that processor technology isn't moving particularly fast at all so you can get very comparable performance out of old chips as new. Also, chips don't really break as such so buying a used one is relatively low-risk.

In norway the both the 3930k and 4930k seem to trend at about 3000NOK, approx 330USD.

Yeah, i once saw an i7 920 go for 300nok (33usd).

But im assuming OP want to upgrade his current 3820 rig with a six core.

That's ridiculously low. Looking at ebay before and the lowest I could find was $340 still on bidding.
