How to OC i5 4690k to 5.0Ghz

I have the H100i GTX.

Right now im running at 4.5Ghz at 1.280V, but I want to reach even further.

My temps while gaming are around 50c / 60c. While stresstesting reaches around 84c.

I know the limit for most i5 is 4.7. But should I disable some cores???

no. it is plenty powerful as it is now. just leave it. no need to shorten its life for some extra useless GHz. if you wanted to get it really high you would need something like a liquid nitrogen setup

Wouldnt you have to have a really well binned chip pooped out by an angel for that kind of speed even if you can keep it cool enough though?

I could just get my 4790k to boot at 4.8 @ something like ~1.35v. Couldn't get 4.9 to boot at all with going up to 1.4v.
