Double glazed provides a low U value.

It depends where the windows are, if you have them in different rooms, the heat loss might not be as bad as if they are next to each other. If you had 10-glazed windows, you would probably have quite good heat loss prevention.

Vista SP2.  Looks better than anything MS made since, beats Win7 in terms of resources and speed and has none of the nagware and spyware.
