What cpu cooler should i use?

GreenJesus

So im building a new pc:

intel core i5 4690k

EVGA GTX 970

Corsair vengeance 2x4gb

MSI z97 gaming 5

Corsair Builder Series CXM 600W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified

1tb western blue digital

250gb samsung 850 evo

NZXT S340 case

I want to overclock my i5 4690k to 4.0ghz anything under 50$ is good but if it has to go above that is perfectly fine with me (air cooled).

If u have any other feedback on my build that is also very much welcome im a first time builder and really need some good feedback on it and any recommendations u may have for me.

I have a Hyper 212x, and I can hit 4.7GHz at temps of 65C while running AIDA64 stress test. The Hyper 212 evo is very similar to the 212x, if I were using a 212 evo instead of the 212x, I think that I would get 70C instead of 65C. So either are amazing cooler for the price.
