What integrated CPU mobo's support RAID

Hello all,

 

I am looking to build a little NAS, and am looking to do a RAID 1 setup. I am planning on using a mobo with an integrated CPU but am having trouble finding out which ones support RAID, can you guys help me find a way of telling which ones do and which don't?

 

One that I was looking at is the ASRock QC5000-ITX/PH.

I dont know about AMD, but ALL recent intel platforms support raid on the chipset.

I would suggest using software raid for raid 1 as chipset raid sucks and if you use something like btrfs or zfs(found in many nas os's) you can have much better data integrity and if a drive fails you don't need a certain chipset to reuse the raid.

Windows, since I'm using CrashPlan.
