Why I'm glad with finally having 8GB of RAM.

I found myself maxing out my 8GB so I had to upgrade to 16.

Bookmarks exist for a reason.  Don't ask what's in them.  Every folder is at least 20 websites, and from the scroll bar you can see how many more I've got.

Bad timing, 8GB RAM is apparently becoming obsolete now.  I don't know why though, it still seems good.  My friend invested in 16GB and I don't know what he is going to use that for.

*pic deleted*

Why should i use Bookmarks? And constantly Open my Bookmark button, maybe 1-2 Folders and click on the website, and wait 2-3 seconds untill it fully loaded?

Takes you at least 2-3 Clicks, + waiting time.

Tabs Exist for a reason. If you use some pages regularly, leave them open, and just click on the tab

Takes you 1 Click, + no waiting time.

@ TO: What do you think how glad i am, having 16gb finally?

Before i had 8. It was. not. enough. lol.

I set my Page File to 2gb max (saves ssd space, and i thought more is unnecessary).

Using chrome, or even Firefox with all stuff (sometimes i had 60 tabs open on Firefox, because of that perfect Tab Management. on Chrome its less because chrome has no Tab management...), and if i just had ONE Game running, windows gave me errors, i dont have enough Memory, and need to close something.

Setting my Page file to auto (auto = 8gb), and the errors were gone.

Now with 16gb.. feels so good. Because of CES, my youtube was filled.. so i opened like 15 videos in an extra tab, letting them preload while i watch the first. Couldnt see anything in tabs lol.

Chrome-internal Task manager said, Chrome alone consumed 7,8gb of physical memory.

Never back to 8 D:

If 8GB of RAM is not enough for the amount of tabs you have, then you definitely do not have "pages that you use regularly".

Remember, chrome isnt the only thing that runs there. Its a game, its a bunch of drivers and software running in the background.

Not to mention Windows' absolutely horrible Ram Management.  Because, when i got these said Errors, i checked, and i had 6,5 / 8 gb Ram used. Can't explain what windows' problem was..

Edit: And i never said it was all the time like that. Just in certain Sessions, where i opened a lot.
